First, I want to congratulate you and thank you for your continued support. Waisted by A’Dore was established in 2017 owned and created by me Macy Tate. I have to admit I am a waist training junky. I take this waist training serious my waist is my life. I literally eat, breathe and sleep in my waist trainer. I have been training my waist for 5+ years, over time I have tried different methods to slim my waist without losing my hips and buttock. While doing so, I have mastered a plan that will sculpt or enhance your already hourglass shape. Whether you want to lose 5 inches or drastic inches it’s all up to you and your dedication.
